Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Early arrivals are welcomed in the Sky Lounge with refreshments while your suite is prepared; late check-out until 14:00 is complimentary for suite guests, subject to availability.
Entry is restricted to guests aged 18 and over with valid photo ID. Smart-casual dress applies after 20:00; private salons require membership or a host referral. Our casino masterclass offers beginners a guided, low-pressure introduction to the tables.
Complimentary valet parking operates 24/7 at the Whiteman Street porte-cochère, including EV charging. Self-parking is available in the secure multi-level garage beneath the towers.
Families are welcome throughout the hotel and restaurants; the casino floor is adults-only. Dogs and cats under 15 kg stay in dedicated pet suites with bedding, menus and riverside walking routes provided by our family concierge.
