Days That Deserve a Skyline
The Palladium seats six hundred beneath a ceiling engineered for orchestra acoustics. The sky terraces hold a hundred and fifty against the whole of Melbourne's lights. The private dining rooms do the intimate end — twelve chairs and a chef at the pass.
Every event gets a dedicated producer, a tested run-sheet and a weather fallback that doesn't feel like a compromise. The kitchen writes menus for the room, the florist works to the architecture, and the bar pours like it's your cellar.

Before You Book
The three questions the desk hears most — answered plainly.
Race week, Grand Prix and New Year's Eve close nine to twelve months ahead; mid-week and winter dates are kinder to late planners.
Galas, launches, conferences and private dinners — the Palladium and boardroom level cover the full range, with breakout rooms on request.
